A highly experienced professional based in the West Bank, with a Master's Degree and a diverse background in senior positions in both implementing and donor agencies. He has extensive experience in various sectors, including education, culture, and local governance, and expertise in cross-cutting themes such as inclusion, civic participation, human rights, gender, and youth. With over 30 years of experience in development and humanitarian aid, he has developed skills in program planning for development contexts, grant management, networking, advocacy, and capacity building. He is a certified Monitoring and Evaluation professional through the International Program for Development Evaluation Training (IPDET). He has demonstrated his proficiency in applying mixed data collection methods and analysis and developing data collection tools, results frameworks, and evaluation matrices. He is also adept in result-based management (RBM), conflict-sensitive management, Human Rights-Based Approach, community-based approaches, right holders' involvement, strategic and operational planning, gender sensitivity, and updating the political economy analysis. These well-honed skills have allowed him to operate effectively in the current protracted crisis and fragile context. In addition, he has a wealth of experience in conducting scientific research and studies, providing technical assistance, and training government and non-government staff. He has collaborated with a wide range of organizations, including public institutions, semi-public organizations, and hundreds of civil society organizations, and has been the focal point for different donor consortia. He has also conducted numerous evaluations and reviews of projects, programs, and trust funds for prominent donors and multilaterals such as the World Bank, the UNDP, the EU, USAID, and other European donors and INGOs.
