ECONOMIC SECURITY & AGRICULTURE PROGRAMME MANAGER

 Re-established and scaled the Economic Security (EcoSec) programme in the West Bank to alleviate the humanitarian consequences of IL occupation policies for the most vulnerable people in the Refugee Camps, Seam Zones, around settlements, Hebron H2 and within herding communities located in Area C of the West Bank.  Led agriculture, livestock, and livelihoods protection-driven approach interventions across the full programme cycle.

FOOD SECURITY &AGRICULTURE PROGRAMME MANAGER

 Developed and managed food security and agriculture projects funded by Global Affairs Canada and the Australian Aid Program (AMENCA 3).  Strengthened Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) approaches for MA’AN s humanitarian and development work in West Bank.

PROGRAMME MANAGER

 Led planning and implementation of Eco Peace Palestine’s portfolio, including the Swedish International Development Agency SIDA- ,USAID West Bank/Gaza CMM-, Government of Canada-, and the German Konrad- Adenauer-Stiftung- funded water and energy projects.

FIELD COORDINATOR/ PROJECT MANAGER

 Managed a Belgium Directorate-General for Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid DGD- funded project to protect and strengthen the livelihoods of herders and farmers in vulnerable Palestinian communities in the Eastern Slopes of the West Bank.  Managed four Belgium Development Cooperation DGD- and Italian Agency for Development Cooperation AICS – Livelihood-based Protection projects within Oxfam Italia Economic Justice and Right to be Heard programme to strengthen the resilience of the herder’s communities in Area C of the West Bank to violations of International Humanitarian and Human Rights Law.  Led administrative, financial, HR, and reporting functions, and supported partner capacity-building and field coordination with Palestinian Hydrology Group PHG, Land Research Center LRC, and the Palestinian Livestock Development Center PLDC.

AGRONOMIST – ACCESS TO LAND PROGRAMME MANAGER

 Managed the full project cycle of Access to Land interventions (Agro support, Cash for Work -CFW, Vocational training for women, and MEI activities) to improve farmers’ and herders’ land access in Seam Zones, around settlements in Area C of the West Bank. Provided technical support, monitoring, and final evaluations; contributed to lessons learned; led administrative and budget management; and represented the ICRC  Supported the implementation of Access to Land projects that enabled PAL HHs who live in Area C of the West Bank and affected by settler violence and/or limitation in infrastructural development in contravention of IHL to preserve their land rights by strengthening their livelihoods through specific agricultural and animal health interventions.
