I have more than 18 year of experience in leading and organizing operational activities related to the work we did in other organizations. For example, we were responsible for engaging with de facto authorities, community leaders, women, the business community, youth, and civil society at the national level. I have developed and maintained relations with key interlocutors including civil society, tribal elders, community leaders, youth, women, and other stakeholders at the working levels and advised them on issues of mutual concern. I have pursued an integrated approach that includes a rights-based dimension, conflict prevention sensitivity, and gender perspective into the policy, planning and operational activities. On the other hand, I have prepared and reviewed briefing notes, talking points and analytical reports for seniors.

• As the primary link between anchor firms and the portfolio – I diagnosed the constraints on business growth and developed a clear action plan to address these constraints. • Monitored the firms’ progress against clear benchmarks, and provided sufficient assistance to the Regional Director determining if the businesses are succeeding or failing. Additionally, I have worked to support the anchor firms in their efforts and provided a conduit for the provision of specialist expertise as required. • Negotiated a “Deal Note” spelling out the respective responsibilities of the firms and the project to address those constraints, as well as defined milestones and state outcomes. • Maintained a continuing relationship with firms providing needed business development services and technical assistance. • Identified, and arranged specialized technical assistance and financial support provided by the project to the firm. • Worked with regional M&E Coordinator, and Senior M&E Specialist, and Gender & Youth Specialist to determine whether anticipated results are being achieved by the firm and project in collaboration and if not how the project and firm should adapt.
