Operation Manager (Personalization)

Duties/Responsibilities: World-leading identity solutions provider Veridos, a German joint venture, has sealed a contract to introduce e-passports in Bangladesh. The contract, signed in Dhaka will run for 12 years which include the assembly of the E-passport booklets in Bangladesh. 1.Led production activities, ensuring the successful delivery of over 30,000 E-Passports daily, in alignment with production contracts. 2.Managing and overseeing the operation and production processes to ensure quality production within the expected timeframe. 3.Maintaining and managing the electromechanical system, instrumentation, and automation. 4.Ensuring security printing processes, data privacy, and proper data compliance are adhered to. 5. Ensuring safety of processes and machineries. 6. Planning, developing, and modifying the production process system for quality production within the expected timeframe. 7. Supervised a team of 30 production operators and 42 quality control (QC) operators, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high operational standards. 8. Managing relationships with multiple clients in G2G projects. 9. Preparing technical and commercial evaluation documents with proper justifications for all the new machines in ongoing projects. 10. Identifying and removing bottlenecks in the production process to keep breakdown time to a minimum through counteractive actions. 11. Managing multiple vendors, supply chains, and stocks. Accomplishments: # Successfully establishing the E-Passport Project in collaboration with the home ministry of Bangladesh and DIP. # Leading the production-related highly sophisticated and state-of-the-art advanced technology machines` erection and commissioning as the team leader. # Designing the process flow architecture of the EPP production process and implementing it successfully. # Obtaining a production target of 10 million EPPs within four years of starting the project. Manager (Operation & Maintenance)

Duties/Responsibilities: o To ensure sustain operations and maintenance of short cycle lamination plant. o To maintain production rate and quality of MFCB through excellence of ISO standard. o Supervised a team of 70 machine operators and 25 QC operators, ensuring efficient production processes and product quality compliance. o Remove bottlenecks of the production process and keep break down time at minimum level through counteractive action and technical skill. o To provide budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation for the plant. o To lead and provide maintenance team proper guideline for both preventive, predictive and sudden breakdown time maintenance. o To ensure minimum breakdown time through the schedule and preventive maintenance. o To ensure safety in working place through accord of safety. o Troubleshooting of various electromechanical system. o Planning, development, and modification of production process system for quality production in the expected time domain. o To ensure all technical inventory are within a minimum safety stock level to carry out new requisition and all production related summary up to date through using the ERP system. o To provide expert level technical support to hydraulic system, PLC system(SIMATIC S7-300 , S7-400 & Fero control), boiler, thermal circulation system, vacuum generating system, servo drive, press & lifting cylinder system, pneumatic system etc. o To select a vendor and keep tracking of potential vendors. o Sourcing of new machinery and import base spare parts at moderate cost and maximize quality. Asst.Manager ( Electrical & Instrumentation )

Duties/Responsibilities: o To ensure smooth production, supervision of manpower & troubleshooting of all kind of electrical & electronic equipment of plant. o Responsible for electrical testing of the plant equipment like Electrical panels, transformers, lighting & other electrical installations and Utility services. o Preparing a preventive and breakdown maintenance plan. o Operate safely all Equipment of the Plant Such as Valves, Pumps, and compressors o Provide support for DCS controlled Automation & Instrumentation system of the Plant. o Troubleshooting of DCS (PCS-7), PLC (SIMATIC S7-300 & S7-400). o Troubleshooting of DC motor up to 215 kW controlled by DC drive (Siemens DC master). o Maintenance of Various Pneumatic field instruments (Siemens, ABB, Yamatake) like E & P Positioners, Solenoid valve, Pneumatic Actuators, Power Cylinder, PID Controller, Proximity Sensor, Limit Switch, Pressure Switch, Pressure Transmitters, Flow Transmitter, RTD, Thermocouple. o Configure & Maintenance of Siemens H.M.I. device. o Supervision of Chronos Richardson 50 kg packing machine unit. o Supervision of Erection work for sugar processing unit (750 to 2100 TPD). o Supervision of 2.5 MVA, 2 MVA 11/0.415 KV substation. o Experienced in working along with Sutech Engineering Company Limited - Thailand on the expansion project of S.Alam Refined Sugar Industries Ltd. over Electrical, Instrumentation & Automation of the plant. o Inventory & Quality control of electrical spare parts. o Carry out purchase requisition for electrical spare parts & equipment when inventory reached safety stock level. o Coordinate with top-level management to sustain average daily production. o Improvements in maintenance over innovation and proper method to ensure the maximization of availability and life cycle. Achievements: o Establishment of systematic preventive maintenance procedure & plant equipment checklist data sheet creating and maintain it daily which reduce major electrical breakdown and increase production 2%. o Reduce spare parts consumption by servicing defective technical spare parts. o Working along with Sutech Engineering Company Limited - Thailand on the expansion project of S.Alam Refined Sugar Industries Ltd. Unit-2 over Instrumentation & automation of the plant complete within 6 months.
