I come from a solid technical background with a strong interest in challenging opportunities and a passion towards strategy.  My area of focus and interest varies from the safest way of execution to project supervision. I have maintained my experience through leadership and team building qualities. I believe my technical background, knowledge, and industry experience have provided me with the credentials needed to thrive as a suitable candidate. Prior to Prezioso Lyngebygg, I worked as a Rope Access and Rigging Supervisor, Sand blasting and Spray painting - primarily resolving strategic issues related to safety, production, deadlines I gained solid problem solving skills while working on various projects . My background in generating innovative ideas and strategies to improve processes has provided me with a deeper understanding of multifaceted problems that companies encounter in their daily operations. Moreover, because of my work experience, I fully understand how important it is to have great team dynamics in today’s multi-disciplinary business environment. To date, my experience as a Rigger and a Rope Access Technician level 3 has been extremely rewarding and productive. However, it is through creative problem solving skills and strategic supervision to their fullest. I have the ability to view problems not only from the client’s standpoint but also from a marketplace, best practices, and “think out of the box” point of view.
