M&E Officer

• Ensured that all activities are implemented according to the activity plan and in line with the project objectives. • Facilitate workshops, meetings and any other training programs according to the need of project. • Prepared monthly monitoring and evaluation plans for the program. • Completed and submit regular reports on the monitoring and evaluation findings in the field to Project Manager, which includes reporting of field visits. • Ensured that the Monitoring tools are based on the project indicators and measuring the project objectives. • Prepared the M&E Framework and Tools and Track down the project activities. • Communicate closely with the field staff of the project for better reporting of the project progress. • Supported M&E and program staff in outcome and impact-level data tracking.

Data Management Officer

• Collecting, analyzing and interpreting data to provide insights and support decision makings. • Ensure that data is accurate, consistent, and reliable throughout its lifecycle which is critical for making valid and trustworthy decisions. • Create and maintain processes to generate accurate and timely reports that help stakeholders understand and act on key data insights • Develop visual graphs, charts to present project data clearly and effectively. • Checking validity, inconsistencies, outliers and accuracy of data. • Prepare accurate qualitative and quantitative reports on time. • Verify, cross check, interpret, compile and present data received from the districts. • Providing feedback to the districts and cluster supervisors on data/information collected, and following up on the incomplete, delayed, missed and incorrect data. • Prepare the project photos for projects reports.
