Currently I am working as Chief Administration & Finance Officer with Grand Technology Resources which is a leading IT infrastructure and MIS development company in Afghanistan and UAE. I have been working in the field of organizational support services, I have managed end-to-end national & international supply chain management through direct and documentary letter of credit. I have also led my organization in field of security to established proper contact with INSO, UNDSS and other security information management offices, to ensure security of staff and assets. During my career I have established internal control systems, policies and procedures for all support and operation departments. In my current role and regarding my innovative approach to work, I have initiated many positive changes and brought effectiveness and efficiencies in the areas of operations management. I have closely worked with related department and higher management to simplify and automate key work processes including the preparation of workflows and SOPs, and the capacity enhancement of staff members and implementing partners on operations policies and procedures for effective and efficient implementation of our programs. I also advise and work collaboratively with programs for providing technical assistance in line with our policy, procedures and guidelines for formulating and implementing partnerships with governments and its clients. I have a bachelor’s degree in sciences, certification in public administration, master’s in business management and Master of international relations. I have also done an additional specialization in international trade, supply chain management and documentary letter of credit.
