Key Responsibilities 1. Project Planning and Design Develop comprehensive project plans, including objectives, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and risk assessments. Define clear project scope and milestones in collaboration with technical leads and stakeholders. Ensure integration of monitoring, evaluation, and learning components into project design. 2. Project Implementation and Management Lead project execution in alignment with organizational policies and donor requirements. Coordinate and supervise the work of project staff, consultants, and partners. Monitor progress toward deliverables and manage project adjustments where necessary. Ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budget limits. 3. Financial and Administrative Oversight Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and accountability. Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with donor and organizational regulations. Coordinate procurement, logistics, and resource allocation. 4. Stakeholder and Partner Engagement Build and maintain strong working relationships with donors, implementing partners, government agencies, and community stakeholders. Represent the organization in project-related meetings, workshops, and external forums. Facilitate communication and coordination among project partners and internal teams. 5. Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting Track project performance against indicators and objectives. Prepare high-quality progress reports, technical documentation, and presentations. Support learning and knowledge-sharing across teams and projects. 6. Risk Management and Quality Assurance Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with ethical standards, organizational policies, and donor requirements. Promote continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery.
