This is Ansarullah Bahar: I have completed my Bachelor in English Literature from Sayed Jamaluddin Afghan University in 2013, and also completed my second bachelor, Business and Administration from Khurasan University in 2023. Have more than seven years’ work experience with international NGO in the field of humanitarian Context, Administration, Monitoring & Evaluation, Supervision, Management, Team Leading, and Team Managing, Coordination and Implementation of a project in the central and eastern region. I have the ability and capacity to find the solution for the challenges which may happen during the program or project implementation, I have excellent experience how to expend humanitarian access to the hard to reach area in respect to Humanitarian principle and culture sensitivities. And skills to improve team work for better result and also have good report writing skill.
