Present

During the Last two Years, i have worked with AWEC on different projects as a project manager such as HELA Project, GEF Project, UN Women Project with prestigious donors such as CAFOD and UN Women. UN WOMEN Project • Established two Enterprise Support and Products Sales Stations (ESPSS) in Parwan and Balkh cities, including governance structures with steering committees, management committees, financial committees, and marketing committees. • Delivered comprehensive training programs on marketing strategies, social media marketing, inventory and warehouse management, as well as supply chain management for committee members, saleswomen, and MSMEs to enhance operational efficiency. • Facilitated participation of ESPSS management in national exhibitions and organized international exposure visits for cooperative members to expand market access and networking opportunities. • Supported 40,0000 women and girls through community health awareness sessions while maintaining Women and Girls Safe Spaces (WGSS) for providing legal aid and psychosocial support services to GBV survivors in Balkh and Parwan provinces. • Conducted outpatient department (OPD) sessions for 20000 patients while arranging referrals for vulnerable mothers covering transportation costs, treatment fees, and medications to ensure access to lifesaving healthcare services. • Reactivated Men’s and Boys’ Networks in Balkh and Parwan provinces to promote gender equality through advocacy campaigns, community education programs on women's rights, protective environments for women, family forums fostering positive masculinity, and distribution of dignity kits to GBV survivors.
