IT Support Officer

• Incharge of site infrastracture support – Networking and hardware • End user support and IT asset management. Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, software, and hardware • Manage IT projects & procurement with site/country specific scope.

IT Network Technician

• Monitor networks, servers and escalate emergency technical issues beyond my scope to maintain optimum up-time. • Testing the exchange of data between computers, servers, switches, and routers. Troubleshooting and fixing problems in LAN. • Collaborating with IT department in designing and installing wellfunctioning networks. Documenting network processes and layouts. • Scheduling upgrades and maintenance without interrupting business workflow as well as enhancing network security. • Installing, configuring, and updating network software, as well as maintaining hardware and network devices, Office 365 & ERP support. • Providing network support and trainings to company staff (end-users) remotely or local workstation (MacOS and Windows support)

IT Assistant

• Lead in manage of servers and diagnose network related issues, ensuring systems are up. ERP support. • In charge of technical support to system users on reported issues, setup new work stations. Keep IT inventory. • Identify security gaps and provide relevant solutions.

IT Support Technician

• Continuous monitoring and supporting network systems to prevent downtime. Setup network devices (VPN). • Deploy integrated software into fully functional system. • Technically supporting remote and local users. • Solving network, computer hardware and software problems. • Setting up new workstations, maintaining ICT inventory, Office 365 support, performing system upgrades and backups.

IT Support Engineer

• Setting up new workstations. (Installing and troubleshooting Microsoft products: windows, MS office 365, Teams, skype, sway carrying out IT onboarding and trainings) Installing, configuring and troubleshooting hardware, software, printers and network devices. (Firewall, routers, switches) • Providing onsite and offsite technical support to system users on reported issues. Providing network support for the organization. • Planning and undertaking scheduled preventive maintenance, performing ICT audits, ICT trainings, ICT inventory system upgrades and backups.
