Salesforce System Administrator

Serve as primary system administrator for the SFA System environment for presale, vans and merchandising channels ➢ Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks ➢ Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests. ➢ Work with our institutional management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities ➢ Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development teams ➢ Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements ➢ Make changes to the system when required i.e upgrading through 3rd party vendor. ➢ Conduct software and mobile testing prior to user deployment. ➢ Use Project management skills to handle new SFA projects and current system user requested changes. ➢ Communicating regularly with users on new features, challenges and suggestions. ➢ Manage all SFA System Master data, data feeds and other integrations. ➢ Analyze data from different sources using advanced Excel skills for use in the SFA system. ➢ Implementation of new systems and features. ➢ Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
