Senior Accountant

Oversee and maintain accurate financial records for airline ticket sales, visa processing services, and hotel bookings using Tally Prime Supervise the recording and classification of all financial transactions, including revenues, expenses, commissions, assets, and liabilities Lead accounts receivable management by monitoring client balances and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments Manage accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate recording and timely settlement of obligations to airlines, hotels, embassies, and service providers Perform and review bank reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies to ensure financial accuracy Monitor, verify, and record commissions from airline ticket sales and hotel bookings Control and track customer deposits and advance payments, ensuring proper allocation and reporting Prepare and review monthly financial statements, sales reports, and management reports using Tally Prime Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial data Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including preparation and recording of VAT and other statutory obligations Coordinate and support internal and external audits by preparing schedules, reports, and required documentation Analyze financial data by exporting from Tally Prime to Excel and applying advanced tools (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, formulas) Provide financial insights and reports to management to support decision-making and business growth Collaborate with sales and operations teams to monitor revenue performance, cost control, and service profitability Strengthen internal controls and improve accounting processes for efficiency and accuracy
