Delivery – 15% • Oversee all end-to-end delivery frameworks, ensuring products are launched on time, within budget, and to expected quality standards. • Lead agile product delivery and sprint execution across Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to accelerate feature rollout. • Strengthen quality assurance automation to improve delivery velocity and reduce release-related risks. • Ensure alignment between business goals and delivery outcomes through structured planning, retrospectives, and OKR tracking. • Maintain strong collaboration across internal and external stakeholders to ensure readiness, compliance, and operational resilience before every launch. Product Design – 15% • Define and communicate a unified UX vision across all ZedWallet channels—app, web, USSD, and agent tools. • Champion Human Centered Design thinking principles to ensure intuitive, accessible, and inclusive product experiences for all users. • Establish UX performance metrics and track usability, accessibility, and satisfaction improvements. • Foster close collaboration between Product Managers, UX Designers, and Engineers to create cohesive, User-Centered journeys. • Maintain brand alignment and design consistency across all digital and agent touchpoints.
