County Research Supervisor

● Lead field-level implementation of monitoring and data collection activities, ensuring data quality and compliance with M&E standards. ● Support the development and use of data collection tools and checklists aligned with project indicators and M&E frameworks. ● Prepare regular field performance reports and contribute to project learning, reflection, and adaptation sessions ● Document lessons learned, success stories, and best practices to inform evidence-based decision-making. ● Collaborate with county officials, health facilities, and community leaders to strengthen project visibility and data use at the local level.

MEAL Assistant – Data Analysis & Reporting

● Increased data integrity by leading regular data quality checks, resulting in the resolution of over 120 inconsistencies across reporting cycles. ● Developed and maintained interactive Power BI dashboards visualizing 25+ KPIs, tracking real-time Kobo submissions, and performing regional and demographic data analysis across multi-county humanitarian and development projects. ● Coordinated quarterly virtual partner check-ins, ensuring remote data validation and progress alignment across 4 counties. ● Maintained program submission trackers, coordinated daily partner check-ins, and conducted gap analysis to inform adaptive planning. ● Integrated real-time reporting into program workflows, supporting faster decision-making and improved visibility for management. ● Collaborated with IT and program leads to automate data collection and analysis pipelines using Excel, KoboToolbox and Python.  Supported training of partners and field staff on data visualization and dashboard interpretation, building internal BI capacity.
