Production Pharmacist

Planning and Operation Responsibilities  Monitor the performance of products, operations, and equipment against standards.  Develop /Revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs).  Assist and ensure all validations (process, equipment, and cleaning validations) are conducted in a timely and appropriate manner.  Assists in pilot-scale trials of products under the Manufacturing science and technology sector.  Ensure manufacturing activities comply with requirements of cGMP and that stage wise standard yields per product are well established and maintained during process.  Implement Operational manuals, production plans, and programs.  Ensure all production equipment are maintained in good working order to produce products compliant with cGMP requirements.  Conduct and support the Company’s research and development projects.  Online solving of shopfloor-related issues to ensure maximum output  Act as site investigation lead, which involves overseeing and reviewing all investigations related to market complaints, deviations, OOT, OOS etcetera.  Perform any other duty as assigned in line with the organization's goals and objectives. QMS Lead and shopfloor compliance Responsibilities  Lead and conduct manufacturing investigations related to quality events like Deviations, OOS/OOT, Market Complaints, Product Recalls, Returned Goods, Audit findings, etc.  Ensuring the facility's all-time readiness in and taking part in regulatory, customer and internal audits.  Facilitate the timely closure of all manufacturing QMS events such as CAPAs and Change Controls  Designing training schedules and monitoring for onboarding staff in manufacturing
