Finance Coordinator

Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including Profit and Loss (P&L) statements for programs, practices, and projects • Establishment and maintenance of dashboards for proactive analysis of financial and non financial data, reporting on crucial business indicators, and providing support to management for strategic and tactical decision making to enhance business performance; • Collaboration with the Finance Manager to oversee accounting processes, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial operations within all countries where ESP is operational; • Ensuring the accurate and timely submission of supporting documents and disbursement requests for all ESP programs; • Proactive management and monitoring of program budgets and cash flows to optimize resource allocation; • Oversight of accounts receivable and payable, including timely invoicing and payments, and regular payment tracking; • Assurance of compliance with all statutory and legal requirements pertinent to the business; • Serving as a bridge between ESP and various banking institutions where ESP maintains accounts. • Your role is pivotal to ESP's financial success and operational efficiency, and your contributions are integral to the realization of our strategic goals
