Supported data strategy and analytics for a donor-funded ICT educational project called iMlango, which was an e-learning program developed for African schools. Led data management for 23 schools with a population of 18000 pupils and 450 teachers, improving real-time KPI monitoring and reporting. Provided actionable insights and recommendations to support project strategy and performance improvement. Collaborated with team leads to define success metrics and created analytical models to track performance. Translated complex data findings into clear, visual stories for non-technical stakeholders and leadership. Automated dashboards to support real-time tracking of outcomes contributing to data–driven decision-making. Identified and eliminated duplicate data entry across tools (CRM, spreadsheets, internal systems) Supported system upgrades and provided feedback that strengthened data quality and governance.

Data Officer

Conducted water quality analysis, generating reports that reduced resource wastage and optimized operational processes. Identified anomalous patterns in data in the test system and troubleshooted when certain patterns existed.
