With more than 20 years' experience as a chartered accountant and statutory auditor in the private sector, followed by a career as a consultant in public finance management and organisational performance for international organisations such as the United Nations, the OSCE and the European Commission, as well as for NGOs, my strategy is based on a multidimensional and integrated approach to accompanying individuals and organisations towards a sustainable and successful transformation.
