Planning and Research Officer

•Conduct in-depth market research and gather internal sales, inventory, and consumer data to understand performance, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics; clean, integrate, and maintain high-quality databases for analysis. •Analyze trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to generate actionable insights—e.g., segmentation, forecasting, and campaign effectiveness—to support pricing, merchandising, and store planning. •Develop and maintain dashboards and periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly) that visualize store performance, stock levels, cash flows, and sales channel metrics in a clear and user-friendly format. •Supported the development and review of the company’s strategic plan, performance contracts, and annual budgets. •Support strategic planning processes by contributing data-based insights, participating in budgeting and forecasting exercises, and modeling the impact of potential initiatives. •Compiled and analyzed data to facilitate performance reviews and inform decision-making.
