I have also managed Vocational Skills Training and non-formal skills programs, while handling essential operational functions such as budgeting, detailed implementation planning, and day to day project operation. I also bring significant experience in addressing cross-cutting issues such as Human Rights, Gender-Based Violence (GBV), Protection from Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Harassment (PSEAH), and community outreach.
