• Ran payroll for 250 to 300 employees for manual entry hourly and salaried biweekly and manual entry hourly weekly for multiple companies and in multiple states using Microsoft Dynamics GP • Entered new and terminated resigning employees in the payroll system and in the benefits website's online portal or also directly enrolled and terminated employees in various insurance websites including BCBS of Texas, Dearborn, and Humana • Davis Bacon/ certified payroll reporting - including online reporting to Elation Systems and LCP Tracker • Set up and maintained the 1-9's and EEO's retention schedule and a 50+ job salary matrix using either the Department of Labor's careeronestop.org or salary.com's CompAnalyst • Submitted the reports and corrected the data for the Affirmative Action Plan and VETs-4212 report • Managed random drug screen pools for FMCSA, PHMSA and non-dot/pipeline employees, and scheduled pre-employment and other drug screens • Submitted the weekly 401K payment with 401K, and Roth benefit and deduction, and 401K loans • Other duties as assigned
