Negotiated and secured agreements with suppliers and industrial estates. • Created an investment framework for copper & gold mining with MEMR, introducing a sliding royalty and taxation system to balance state revenues with investor returns. • Led national policy initiatives on energy, extractives, and agrifood, shaping fiscal regimes and investment incentives that were adopted by government and ratified in law. • Co-founded GenevaCSR as a regional policy think tank, managing $1M in research funds on energy, food security, and sustainability.
