• Provide strategic leadership to a national-level gender justice and community rights programme, with a strong focus on marginalised women, sex workers, and grassroots feminist movements. • Key Responsibilities & Achievements • Led the design, delivery, and oversight of a gender justice programme focused on strengthening community-led movements and challenging harmful gender norms, aligned with feminist and rights-based principles. • Acted as technical lead on gender justice, supporting standalone gender programming while embedding gender mainstreaming, protection, and inclusion across project activities. • Co-developed programme strategies, results frameworks, indicators, and impact measurement tools, ensuring alignment with organisational values and donor priorities. • Managed and strengthened partnerships with sex worker-led organisations, community-based organisations (CBOs), and advocacy networks, supporting organisational development and movement sustainability. • Facilitated gender justice training, leadership development, and organisational strengthening initiatives for women leaders and community activists. • Led policy dialogue and advocacy engagement with the National Human Rights Commission, policymakers, and media actors to advance gender justice narratives and influence public discourse. • Ensured systematic documentation of learning, evidence generation, and reflective practice, feeding programme insights into advocacy and organisational learning processes. • Maintained donor accountability with Women’s Fund Asia, including narrative reporting, financial oversight, and adaptive programme revisions. • Conducted regular field monitoring across multiple regions, ensuring contextual relevance, safeguarding compliance, and feminist accountability.
