Senior MEAL Manager

Organization: USAID/DAI Global/Afghanistan Competitiveness of Export-Oriented Business Activity - With guidance from the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Director, - training of MEL staff on data collection, analysis, data quality assurance, and management procedures. - Implementation of data collection, verification and validation procedures, training staff to use them, and oversee their proper implementation. - Oversee the implementation of the project Activity Monitoring, Evaluation and learning plan(AMELP). - Assisting with ad hoc requests for program information and leading the preparation of reports on M&E activities. - Oversee data collection and management protocols as well as cleaning and maintaining data stored in the MEL database. - Coordinating with regional staff to collect and consolidate regional data and synthesize it for reporting. - Assisting with the implementation of the project learning agenda, incorporate the collaborating, learning, and adapting (CLA) methodology into project activities, and ensure learnings are disseminated to project staff. - Contributing to capacity building and incentivization planning and lead implementation. - Other tasks as required by supervisor or COP
