I was worked as Deputy Head of Finance and Administration at Caritas Switzerland for two years and four months. I also worked as Budget Development Coordinator and Specialist at Save the Children International for three years. I worked as an Administration and Finance Head at the international NGO called Comunita Volontari Per il Mondo (CVM) for one year and 10 months. I was responsible for overseeing the project of the organization, developing implementing, coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating the programs and financial plans and goals for each program. I worked as an Internal Auditor for 10 years and as a Finance Officer for 5 years in a local NGO, named Facilitator for Change (FC). I was responsible for the preparation of the budget, monitoring and evaluation of the physical and capital project plans, and performance measurement of each project office. I also worked at one of the private company called Yencommad Construction plc as a General Accountant for about six and a half years. I was responsible for every accounting work of the company. I have the right mix of educational background MBA in Accounting and Finance from St. Marry University, Business Administration & Information Systems from Addis Ababa University College of Commerce, and a Diploma in Accounting from Addis Ababa Commercial College. Moreover, I am a member of Certified Internal Auditors (CIA); I have the certificate of International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). I have very good computer skills in ABACUS-ERP, Peachtree accounting software, Agresso, MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint, and MS-Excel. I am proficient in English and Amharic languages.
