In my previous roles with Amref Health Africa, Plan International, CIHEB, and Palladium, I worked closely with project managers to coordinate activities, track implementation progress, support partners, and ensure compliance with approved workplans, budgets, and donor requirements. I am comfortable working in frontline roles that require close supervision of activities, consolidation of reports and data, identification of implementation risks, and timely escalation of challenges for adaptive decision-making. My background includes strong exposure to community livelihoods and economic strengthening interventions, including youth and women-focused initiatives, group-based capacity building, and linkages with local service providers and government structures. I have worked closely with county government departments, community-based organisations, and development partners, supporting joint planning, stakeholder coordination, and participation in operational-level forums. While working in diverse and often complex contexts, I have consistently applied inclusive, rights-based, and participatory approaches, ensuring that vulnerable populations are meaningfully engaged and supported. I bring solid experience in monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL), including routine data collection, validation, and reporting using standardised tools and databases. I have supported project learning through documentation of lessons, adaptations, and good practices, and I am confident in using MS Office and digital data collection tools to support evidence-based implementation. I am also familiar with safeguarding, accountability, and ethical standards required in humanitarian and development programming.
