I had been working as program and project manager and coordinator and Monitoring and Evaluation specialist in different nongovernmental and governmental organization in the past 20 years. Currently working in Africa Development Bank and Areb Bank funded project in Ministry of Irrigation and Lowlands as Monitoring and Evaluation specialist. I completed my education in Development Management (M A), Sociology (MA), B.A Degree in Social Science. I have been working World Bank, Africa development Bank and other donor funded projects in both local, International NGOs and government organization for the last 20 years at various capacity. I worked at the capacity of senior Program Manager, Project Coordinator, Livelihood and Gender component leader/specialist and monitoring and evaluation specialist. Over these periods and capacities I have designed and managed programs and projects that focus on Livelihood Improvement, Integrated Rural Development, Food security , Integrated health services, Reproductive health, HIV/AIDS, Malaria, Climate projects, WASH, Community Based Support, Care and Support, Humanitarian Programs, Emergency response, Migration, Capacity Development bilateral projects, Value Chains and Market Led Development, Gender, Advocacy, Nutrition, Disaster Risk Reduction/DRR programs, Participatory Project Management and Community Mobilization models such as Community Conversation, economic strengthening projects/IGA, Asset Based Communitydevelopment. In my experience, I have developed dependable skills of development programs and projects, resource mobilization, fund raising, resource management, strategic planning, organizational change management, social cohesion, stakeholder engagement, Mainstreaming of cross cutting issues(Gender and others),Monitoring and evaluation, providing or facilitating trainings, workshops, Research, collecting and analysis both qualitative and quantitative data monitor, managing both financial and human resources Manage donor awards, including management relationship with in- country donor as well as writing narrative and financial reports within agreed reporting schedule. I have had experience on strategic partnership, communication and facilitation. I have good experience in providing trainings, evaluation, development of manuals, baseline and other studies, program designing, proposal development and etc. This has equipped me with management of tasks within multinational and multicultural environment.
