Climate policy and program management specialist with more than 10 years of experience in climate governance, humanitarian coordination, donor-funded portfolio management, and international negotiations in fragile and conflict-affected settings. Currently Head of the Climate Change Section at the Environment Quality Authority (EQA), leading national adaptation programs, GCF readiness projects, and multi-donor initiatives aligned with Palestine’s NDCs and national climate priorities. Expert in climate diplomacy under the UNFCCC, including national representation as the National Contact Point for Adaptation and Focal Point for Gender and Climate Change. Skilled in strategy development, complex project oversight, climate finance, monitoring and evaluation frameworks, and institutional capacity strengthening.
