Regional Information & Data Manager October 2018 – December 2020 (2 Years) Near East Foundation Jordan • Develop and implement data management policies, procedures and tools; • Create specific tools for standardized indicators management, information and knowledge management, project’s design, reporting and learning; • Design web sites using WordPress and Go Daddy web hosting; • Support trainings and one-on-one support to build the capacity of staff and partners in data collection and management; • Ensure data system is operational and regularly back up data; • Ensure data management procedures, provides set timelines from project’s collection of data and meet set deadlines in data collection; • Implement data Monitoring and Evaluation of projects in related countries using databases and Microsoft Excel sheets and Kobo toolbox data collection tools; • Design the indicators, log frames for projects including base lines, and end lines; • Design surveys to identify beneficiaries and the expected outcome from each beneficiary and or group; • Design the Data collection mechanism using web applications and/or smart phones, amalgamate for each project, and log frame, data analysis and produce reports accordingly; • Define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals through partnership with decision makers, systems owners and end users.
