Junior Communication Advisor/Part-time

• Quarterly evaluation of client coverage and prepare reports on communication outcomes. • Assisting team in maintaining and updating the organization’s website as well as managing its social media as needed. • Coordination with internal teams to gather information and align communication with the policies as needed. • Assisting team in planning and execution of events, and other communication activities with clients and partners. • Maintain updated media and stakeholder full contact lists in the dataset. • Provide general administrative support to the communications team as needed. • Coordinating schedules, meeting minutes, distributing memos and reports and ensuring that everyone is kept current of necessary company news and information.

Program and Partnership Manager

• Developed and craft AGHCO’s policies, procedures, manuals, and strategies considering DFA and client’s requirements to foster women empowerment and engagement. • Implemented Women championing strategies by advocating with the DFA and organizing regular meetings with donors to ensure sustained support. • Supported women-headed households by providing poultry and delivering training to help them establish reliable sources of daily income through UNDP funded project. • Designed and developed a women’s empowerment initiative aimed at increasing income-generating capacity among women and girls through technical and vocational training programs. • Established a Community Member Committee to ensure post-project sustainability, with members responsible for daily monitoring and reporting directly to AGHCO. • Designed and developed comprehensive strategies and mechanisms to promote women’s empowerment and participation in project activities. • Implemented SO1 and SO2 projects with WFP.
