Security and risk management | Analysis. Overseeing program execution, and managing logistics, HR, and finance. This involves preparing and monitoring proposals, budgets, and evaluations.  External representation, involving representing MSF in meetings, networking with local actors and authorities, negotiating access, and defining operational risks. Acting as a spokesperson for communication initiatives with media and meetings. Monitor and analyse the political and humanitarian situation to identify health needs, establish stakeholder contacts, and lead exploratory missions for potential areas of intervention. Lead negotiations for access and assess risks to define project targets and calculate material, human, and financial resources. Evaluate programme performance and provide reports to the Head of Mission in line with MSF's reporting cycle. Manage the project’s financial and material resources, including budget planning, and control financial indicators. Designing partentershiping / support strategies. Bases reponsible: Zahleh and Saida. Leading emergency preparedness project. Supporting primary health care centers in Tyre, Saida, Bekaa. Conducting mobile medical units responding to the new Syrian refugees in Bekaa. And in Tyre and Saida responding to the Lebanese internally displaced people. Mass casualty training, Security & Context analysis.
