Specific Tasks/Activities and Roles • Establishment of Child Friendly Spaces by WC UK and WVI in all 4 provinces • Monitor Establishment of Community-Based Child Protection Committee and Implementation of Community Dialogue activities in provinces by WC UK • Reception and Reunification Process of unaccompanied and separated children deported from Iran • Selection of Beneficiaries for implementation of Livelihood project and monitoring the implementation of the CPIE / EORE activities implemented by HELP and other INGOs in all four provinces • Provision of technical support and guidance to Provincial and District CPANs in WR • Monitor Training of 125 medical staff on Birth Registration • Monitor/Participate CPiE Rapid Assessment as well as other inter-agency assessments led by OCHA in west region as and when planned • Help CPANs in developing Human Success Stories for the child protection cases responded by them • Prepare monthly progress reports • Monitoring of street working children project in Herat province • Monitoring of MHPSS, GBV projects in 4 provinces • Provide Psychosocial support to children in conflict with law in 4 Juvenile Rehabilitation Centers (JRC) • Monitor establishment of 200 CFS, ensure functionality, attendance, existence of weekly programme, inclusiveness, facilitators are trained, and the environments are protective. • Support establishment of 175 Child Protection Committees, functionality, regular meetings conducted, meetings actions recorded and followed up, cases are identified and referred. • Monitoring the implementation of community dialogue activities including their meetings and plans of action • Monitoring the screening and identification process of unaccompanied and separated children returning from Iran and the Case Management as per SOP, • Support selection of beneficiaries for the livelihood projects and ensure availability of selection criteria and most vulnerable children/households are selected in a transparent manner. • Provide technical support to provincial and district CPANs and ensure CPAN monthly meetings are conducted and participated fully, minutes is timely circulated Child protection cases registered and responded/referred in a timely manner. • Coach the social workers throughout the case management process and ensure proper documentation is in place. • Support children at-risk through referral to other service providers. • Follow up with Vital Statistic Directorate in getting their month BR reports • Monitoring training of 125 medical staff in west region and ensure quality and attendance. • Participate/monitor the CPiE Rapid Assessment conducted by partners in Herat for street working children as planned and in other provinces for IDPs on adhoc basis • Mapping/assessment of community based social and behavioural practices with reference to child protection • Participation in OCHA lead intersectoral assessment. • At least 12 Human success stories prepared and approved for dissemination/quarter from the deferent project • Monthly progress report outlining the progress, challenges and recommendations on the way forward prepared and submitted in time. • Monitor beneficiary selection for the street working children, and project implementation in Herat province • Monitor the MHPSS and GBV related projects and ensure • Provide psychosocial support via individua and group counselling for the children in JRCs • Ensure children in JRC have access other services such as education
