Procurement Lead

• Sourcing of suppliers by pre-qualification method and communicating with suppliers. • Raising of local purchase orders (LPO) and local service orders (LSO). • Preparing tender documents and quotation documents for analysis. • Collaborating with suppliers for a common policy. • Negotiating various contracts which suit the interest of the Company. • Verifying and endorsement of invoices for payment. • Monitoring and evaluation of unrolling contracts. • Involved in market research, issuing of stock items, stock control and inspection of goods. • Unrolling analysis of price proposals and financial reports of the Company. • Attending trade shows, conferences and meetings. • Creating and maintaining of inventory of incoming and current supplies. • Maintain and update list of suppliers their qualification, delivery times and potential future development. • Developing logistics, along with support plans, budget requirements and deployment timelines for new operations. • Designing and developing standard operating methods to manage logistics operations efficiently. • Liaison with statutory institutions governing public procurement on matters of procurement
