IT Specialist

• Provide cross-department IT support across multiple branches, ensuring reliable operation of warehouse systems, logistics platforms, and POS infrastructure. • Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software, including desktops, printers, CCTV, and waybill printers. • Manage company networks and Microsoft 365 environment, including user accounts, email, and security policies. • Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues; provide escalation support to staff and end-users. • Perform routine data backups and implement disaster recovery procedures to ensure business continuity. • Supervise IT asset management, maintaining accurate inventory records and coordinating procurement of IT equipment. • Conduct regular IT system audits, monitor performance, and enforce robust cybersecurity measures. • Support IT projects and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency across departments. • Train and mentor staff on IT best practices, enhancing user confidence and productivity. • Liaise with vendors and service providers to address service gaps, introduce new technologies, and manage system upgrades.
