Relief and Development Peer Foundation (RDP) | May 2025 – Present Provided strategic leadership and oversight across multi-sector humanitarian programs. Led initiatives funded by various donors across FSL, Education, Nutrition, Health, Shelter, and Protection. Deputy Finance Manager

Served as the deputy lead for country-level finance and compliance, ensuring full adherence to Mercy Corps and donor financial rules (USAID, DFID, ECHO, UN agencies). Led the monthly accounting cycle, budget monitoring, BVA analysis, and forecasting. Conducted pre-award assessments of implementing partners and managed sub-grant financial oversight, including reporting validation and capacity-building.

Area Awards Coordinator

Coordinated the full award management cycle for grants across the North Area, ensuring alignment with Save the Children and donor compliance requirements (USAID, ECHO, UN agencies). Led budget monitoring, variance analysis, and supported budget realignments and contract amendments. Conducted partner pre-award assessments and oversaw sub-grant financial reporting.

Grants / Technical Officer

Managed diverse grant mechanisms (standard, simplified, in-kind) and led pre-award assessments and capacity development for over 60 CSOs. Supported proposal budget reviews, negotiated revisions, and ensured compliance with USAID regulations.
