Thirty years of professional experience, acquired overseas, mostly in the humanitarian aid, and also in the fields of sustainable development and consultancy. Expert in WASH project with confirmed result in program management and ability to lead coach and develop multi-disciplinary and culturally diverse teams. Significant experience in interacting with high-level government officials and intergovernmental bodies in complex emergencies in both armed conflicts and natural disasters. Ability preparing programs and budgets, setting objectives and strategies. Efficient to pilot and concept project studies, to draw up contracts and cooperation agreements. Proven communication, flexibility and report writing skills. Among the several programs I did in this frame of network, I was responsible for the project of the rehabilitation of Pumping Stations with their distribution network, similar to the one in Kinshasa, for eight Millions people or as regional Wash coordinator for Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia and North Caucasus.I worked good collaboration with ECHO, UNICEF; I also have a very good experience with World Bank in a Cholera program management in Haiti and USAID in DRR and emergency programs. I brought my knowledge to promote several projects in Rural Hydraulic. This experience has made me to acquire different strategies in how to approach and adapt to different places, people and their cultures. With my technical competence, good human relationship and experience I believe I can work with different people as a team.
