Researched new processes of integrating GIS Data techniques into health management for zero-dose and last-mile deliveries from the country level through to the target population using advanced desktop review processes and methodologies. Acquired relevant data from all available sources, both in-country and open-sources for developing the country's first-ever geospatial data portal for health management, settlement and city planning, school mapping, and transportation networks. Applying advanced GIS methodologies to delineate accurate catchment boundaries for all health facilities in Lesotho, supporting equitable health service planning and delivery. Assisted the Planning Department (HMIS) of the MoH in undertaking the nation's first-ever Health Master Facilities List. Partnered with other international organisations, such as PEPFAR, UNICEF, WHO, and GAVI, on Data integration for targeting hard-to-reach settlements. Initiated data governance strategies and policies for achieving digitally enabled geospatial microplanning tools. Designed and delivered capacity-building training sessions to Ministry of Health officials, stakeholders, and higher education institutions, empowering them to use GIS for evidence-based health planning. Assisted USAID Lesotho in finding HIV prevalence and hotspots using the HIV Testing dataset available in-country. Administered training and technical empowerment to health workers and universities for data efficiency during the HPV vaccination campaigns.

Collected, cleaned, and analysed spatial data to support the monitoring of Sustainable Development Goal indicators 11.7 (Access to Green and Public Spaces), 11.3.1 (Land Consumption Rate to Population Growth Rate), and 11.2(Accessible and Sustainable Transport Systems). GIS Consultant

Acted as the Sierra Leone country technical consultant for the World Health Organisation (WHO) Geolocated Health Facilities Database (GHFD) Project. Supported the Regional Programmes and Partnerships Advisors, International teams, and partners throughout the project cycle, ensuring that MEAL activities and requirements were fully integrated into project and program plans and budgets. Worked closely with the EPI and MoH on geospatial microplanning processes for the HPV campaigns. Coordinated data collection training for the MoH and partners for baseline data collection.
