Joseph Stanley is a versatile environmental and process engineering professional with over a decade of experience across the agriculture, bioenergy, mining, and environmental management sectors. He has a robust academic background, holding a BSc (Hons) in Biological Sciences with a minor in Chemistry from Fourah Bay College, University of Sierra Leone, a Graduate Certificate in Chemical and Process Engineering, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Disaster Management. He is currently completing an MBA in Oil, Gas, and Energy Management, further strengthening his strategic and managerial expertise. Throughout his career, Joseph has developed strong competencies in water and wastewater treatment, waste management, environmental compliance, occupational health and safety, process optimization, and community engagement. His multidisciplinary expertise allows him to design and implement sustainable, technically sound, and context-appropriate solutions to complex environmental challenges. He is proficient in Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIA), Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA), compliance monitoring, stakeholder engagement, resettlement planning, and environmental auditing, with a deep understanding of both national regulations and international standards. Currently serving as an Environmental Consultant at INTEGEMS Limited, Joseph contributes to high-profile projects involving environmental monitoring, risk assessments, and technical reporting for large-scale mining, infrastructure, and energy developments. His work has supported initiatives such as the Freetown Cable Car Line Project, Geo-Partners Ltd offshore 3D seismic survey, and routine environmental monitoring for Bauxite, Gold, Ilmenite Rutile and Zircon mining operations. Previously, Joseph held key operational, supervisory, and technical roles at Sunbird Bioenergy Africa and Addax Bioenergy, where he managed industrial process operations, plant commissioning, preventive maintenance, and safety compliance. His professional approach integrates technical precision with stakeholder collaboration, ensuring both operational efficiency and social license to operate.
