My name is Kalangi Ronald, and I am a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) professional with strong skills in data management, analysis, and visualization. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Applied Statistics with IT, and I have hands-on experience supporting MEL systems across health, education, and community-based programmes in East Africa. I have practical working knowledge of Python, R, SQL, Excel, and Power BI, which I use for data cleaning, quality checks, dashboard creation, and generating insights that support decision-making. I am also familiar with setting up simple data pipelines, designing data-collection tools, and managing both quantitative and qualitative datasets. My previous roles have involved: Designing and maintaining MEL databases and tracking tools Conducting routine data analysis and producing MEL reports Supporting baseline and endline surveys Ensuring data quality, completeness, and confidentiality Creating dashboards for programme teams using Power BI and Excel Coordinating with field teams on indicator tracking and learning activities I am passionate about child-focused programmes, safeguarding, and the role of data in improving learning outcomes and service delivery. I approach work with professionalism, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous learning. I would be grateful for the opportunity to contribute to your team and strengthen your MEL and data systems while continuing to grow as an early-career data professional. Thank you for considering my application. Kalangi Ronald 📞 +254 745 646 708 ✉️ kalangironald96@gmail.com Nairobi, Kenya
