Keneth Mitambo Ndua is an award-winning social innovation leader with over 15 years of experience designing and scaling child- and youth-centered solutions across Africa. His work spans climate action, education, health systems, and community resilience, mobilizing more than USD 500,000 in funding and influencing programs recognized by the United Nations, UNICEF, NEPAD, and the Gates Foundation. Keneth currently serves as the Program Director at KIDNEXUS, where he leads innovation labs that have engaged 500+ children and youth in co-creating solutions in climate-smart agriculture, health, and community entrepreneurship. He spearheaded the design of Paraboda, an AI-enabled maternal health and transport system that improved immunization adherence by 20% above national averages. He co-founded the Ruiru Sensory Garden Center of Excellence, a youth-led hub for climate-smart farming and intergenerational learning. As Child-Centered Design Lead at KUWA Innovations, he co-designed TANZE, a digital climate action platform projected to reach over 2 million learners, and authored Kenya’s first child-centered design toolkits, now used in schools and community hubs. His leadership has helped elevate KUWA into a continental leader in child innovation and environmental stewardship. Keneth has also held strategic advisory roles with several NGOs, including Eye of Compassion Foundation and Soweto Youth Initiative, where he strengthened governance systems, mobilized donor funding, and expanded youth empowerment initiatives—supporting climate-smart livelihoods, women’s economic empowerment, and community-driven education. His earlier work in cleantech at STAMP Cleantech produced award-winning innovations such as Jiko Raha, a multitasking clean energy stove that reduces air pollution by 80% and improves child health outcomes. He has trained hundreds of women and youth entrepreneurs in clean energy and digital health, extending climate resilience solutions to marginalized households. Keneth holds advanced degrees in Community Care (MA) and Global Business & Sustainability (MBA) and is currently pursuing a PhD in Entrepreneurship and Strategic Advisory. He is driven by a belief that children and young people are not just beneficiaries but creators of solutions—uniquely positioned to transform education, climate resilience, and community well-being across Africa.
