During my eight-year tenure at the Sir Ratan Tata Trusts, I worked on the Rural Livelihoods portfolio with CSPC and CInI, managing a portfolio of over 25 projects valued at INR 30 Crore. My work experience covered Central India.  Coordinated with over 15 NGOs in 7 states to promote sustainable livelihood opportunities for tribal communities. Developed and implemented projects in agriculture, water conservation, microfinance, and forest-based livelihoods. ● Conducted feasibility studies, organized review missions, and ensured quality of outputs. Monitored and evaluated projects, identified areas of improvement, and took corrective actions. ● Built project and institutional sustainability through fundraising, networking, and community mobilization. ● Collaborated with state government and liaised with government officials. ● Developed a capacity building strategy for the State Level Nodal Agency (SLNA) of Integrated Watershed Management Program, Jharkhand. ● Led the development of a program under Accelerated Irrigation Benefit Program (AIBP) in collaboration with the Water Resource Department, Government of Jharkhand. ● Led a pan-Jharkhand research study on water poverty and livelihood supported by FAO. ● Promoted mid upland drought resistant paddy varieties in project locations in collaboration with the Upland Rice Research Station of ICAR institution. ● Formulated and executed a project on water resource development and management for select villages in the Dangs, Gujarat.
