Youth Manager

• Collaborated with ECCM board members to plan and manage Eritrean cultural events, bringing together communities across Minnesota for celebrations and holidays. • Engaged with community and government leaders to raise awareness of the Eritrean community’s contributions and interests in Minnesota. • Supported community initiatives, including fundraising for families of martyrs and consulting with senior Eritrean officials and the Chargé d'affaires to address the needs of Eritrean-Minnesotans. • Represented the organization at international conferences in the US and Europe to discuss intergenerational issues and strengthen organizational capacity.
