Currently, I serve as a Business Development Officer at Swiss Cottage Hospital, where I engage closely with the Marketing and Customer Service Department. My career in procurement and logistics spans over two years, having served as a Procurement Intern at the Kenya Revenue Authority (2022) and as a Procurement Officer at Jirani Smart Limited (2023). These roles have allowed me to build a solid foundation in procurement and stores operations. My key competencies include: Inventory Management: Inspection and verification of goods, issuance to departments, stock-taking, and disposal of obsolete items. Record Management: Maintenance and archiving of procurement and store documents for audit and traceability. Sourcing & Procurement: Conducting market surveys, floating RFQs, evaluating quotations, preparing professional opinion forms, generating LPOs/LSOs using SAP and SRM systems, and liaising with suppliers. Customer Service: Resolving supplier issues and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. Administrative Support: Handling procurement and stores tasks assigned by supervisors with diligence and confidentiality.
