Retail Territorry Manager

● Understand P&L of each retail sites and develop strategies to improve the retail site; ● Managed sales representatives and guarantee their compliance to the organizations policies, procedures and standards; ● Defined annual financial objectives and developed actions plans aiming to improve retail sales leading to an increase in profits and margins; ● Market research analysis to identify potential to attract them to Puma Retail Network; ● Perform market research to understand competitor activities to develop offers with dealers’ collaboration to allow Puma Retail sites to remain profitable; ● Coordinate operations, report sales and prospection to Retail Manager, Finance Manager and regional controllers in a weekly basis;

● Responsible for managing the logistics of the fuel delivery in the terminal for local and transit customers; ● Supervised over 50 drivers that picked up and delivered over 1 million liters of fuel to South Africa, Zimbabwe, Botswana and Mozambique South Region; ● Monitored and issued the quantity certificate of loaded trucks and wagons. With a minimum of 70 trucks per day and 150 wagons per week; ● Invoicing the PMZ loads using Navision System; ● Make daily report regarding the loads and reconciliation of Loads and TMS reports;
