Senior Quality Engineer

At Muraho Technology, I perform both manual and automated testing, focusing on validating backend processes by interacting with the backend side of the Global-Excel Appian platform. I write clear, detailed test cases using Zephyr and automate them with a Selenium WebDriver–based framework to enhance test coverage and efficiency. I actively collaborate with developers, product managers, and other team members during sprint planning and daily stand-ups to align on quality objectives and project deliverables. Using JIRA, I track user stories, report defects, and manage the overall testing workflow. My responsibilities include identifying, documenting, and following up on bugs to reduce their occurrence and improve product stability. Through consistent testing and timely feedback, I contribute to delivering high-quality projects while continuously refining testing processes to boost team productivity and product reliability.
