1. Quality Assurance & Compliance Assist in the development and implementation of institutional quality assurance frameworks, policies, and procedures. Support the preparation and submission of reports required by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) or other accrediting bodies. Maintain records and documentation related to academic and administrative quality standards. 2. Program & Departmental Review Coordinate Self-Assessment Reports (SARs) for academic programs in collaboration with departmental focal persons. Monitor the implementation of Action Plans developed from Quality Enhancement Reports (QERs). Facilitate internal and external quality audits and follow-up actions. 3. Data Management & Reporting Collect and analyze data related to faculty, curriculum, research, student feedback, and academic outcomes. Prepare performance review reports and institutional scorecards for management and HEC reporting. Maintain the QEC database and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
