I am Mauricio Fabian Flores Mejía, a specialist in the implementation, management, and auditing of quality, safety, and integrated management systems, with solid experience in standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, HACCP, BPM, GMP, FSSC 22000, and BASC. I have worked as Head of Integrated Management Systems in various companies, where I was responsible for the implementation and maintenance of industrial safety, food safety, and social responsibility standards. My experience includes the supervision of critical control points (CCP), food safety prerequisites (PRP), and the management of performance indicators (KPI), always focusing on continuous improvement. Furthermore, I have handled the process of obtaining health permits and notifications through platforms like ECUAPASS and ARCSA. My experience in implementing GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) has been key to ensuring that products are manufactured under the highest quality standards in the food and pharmaceutical industries. I have also led research and development (R&D) projects aimed at optimizing formulas and processes, as well as digitizing management systems. I hold a Master's degree in Quality Management and Innovation and another in Integrated Management Systems.
