Prior to joining BORDA, Labib worked with several international organizations such as Street Child, BIGRS, the International Rescue Committee, MedGlobal Inc., C3NTRE, REM Associates, Prime Bank Foundation, and WAVE Foundation. Labib holds a master's degree in development studies and a bachelor's degree in Disaster and Human Security Management from the Bangladesh University of Professionals. He has further enhanced his expertise through the Global Road Safety Leadership Course at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in Baltimore, MD, and an international study visit on community development organized by the British Council in the UK.
