Labib is the Country Director at BORDA Bangladesh, where he leads the organization strategic vision and oversee the implementation of impactful programs aimed at sustainable development and management. With extensive experience in leadership and managerial roles, Labib excels at building high-performing teams, fostering stakeholder collaboration, and driving innovative solutions to complex challenges. His expertise spans strategic planning, policy development, and program execution, all guided by a commitment to sustainability and community empowerment. As a dynamic leader, Labib is passionate about creating meaningful change through inclusive and effective approaches to development. Prior to joining BORDA, Labib worked with several international organizations such as Street Child, BIGRS, the International Rescue Committee, MedGlobal Inc., C3NTRE, REM Associates, Prime Bank Foundation, and WAVE Foundation. Labib holds a master's degree in development studies and a bachelor's degree in Disaster and Human Security Management from the Bangladesh University of Professionals. He has further enhanced his expertise through the Global Road Safety Leadership Course at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in Baltimore, MD, and an international study visit on community development organized by the British Council in the UK.
