Md. Fahad Rabid is a development professional with over 3.5 years of professional experience in climate change adaptation, disaster risk reduction, community resilience, and program management in Bangladesh. He has worked with reputed national and international organizations including UNDP, NGO Forum for Public Health, Entregram, and Climate Tech and Green Solutions Limited, contributing to climate-resilient development, emergency response, WASH, and sustainable finance initiatives. Fahad holds an MSc in Climate Change and Development from Independent University, Bangladesh, and has extensive hands-on experience in project implementation, stakeholder coordination, monitoring and evaluation, and community engagement at grassroots and policy levels. He is also actively involved in regional climate advocacy as a Steering Committee Member of the South Asia Rainwater Network (SARNET). His work reflects a strong commitment to climate justice, youth engagement, and building resilient communities.
